Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel offered a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms provided an easy, relaxed ambiance for my busy schedule and offered a wonderful view over the city but were furnished with very used stuff, and some areas were very old, dirty, and lacked towels. The service was outstandingly helpful, friendly, and welcoming, with delicious food options. The location was advantageous, very close to main city attractions, especially downtown, but sometimes required taking a taxi for transportation. The dining experience had a wide range of delicious food categories but was occasionally crowded and lacked seating. The hotel had some positive aspects like friendly staff and great location but there were some issues with the old furnishing and lack of towels.
The hotel offers spacious and nicely decorated rooms with some humidity issues that affect the overall experience. While comfortable, there might be better value options available. The friendly and professional service is commendable, although overly emphasizing costs can be off-putting.
The hotel has large, clean rooms with a non-smoking section, providing a better experience, but the restroom cleanliness was a big letdown. The service was professional and accommodating. The location, in the financial district near a mall, is convenient for exploring. The dining experience was poor, below the standard for a 5-star hotel. Overall, a mix of positives and negatives.
My stay at the hotel provided the perfect balance of comfort and convenience, offering a wonderful view over the city from the relaxed ambiance of the room. However, I did notice some dust, which slightly affected my experience. The cleanliness of the restrooms was a major drawback.
The hotel had spacious but dated rooms that reeked of cigarette smoke, yet provided a relaxed ambiance and wonderful city views. The service was a mix of limited knowledge and amazing experiences. The location was ideal for sightseeing, but not near downtown. The dining was below par compared to other 5-star hotels, with varied options and crowded seating.
The hotel is located in the center of Amman, making it spot-on for all sightseeing and tour activities. The rooms really need renovation but are clean and well-equipped with lovely views. The service, especially from the receptionist Evelyn Haddad, was outstanding. However, the dining experience was much below standard and crowded during peak times.
